Central Control Unit Building: The project envisaged the construction of multi storied central control unit building for Kerala Water Authority. It consisted of RCC framed structure with all MEP and finishing works. It was built as a green and smart building with total 11,100 square meters floor area in Jala bhavan campus, Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram. The Project was awarded Gold ranking by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC).
MCMV Command, Control & Design Office at Goa Shipyard Ltd:
Land mark project of Goa Shipyard Ltd with a value of INR 120 Crore. The project is registered for GRIHA certification, a National green building rating system. Muti-storied office building comprising of basement + stilt + 6 floors with state of the art interior finishes and façade works. The integrated MCMV Command, Control & Design Building will facilitate efficient and effective execution of technologically complex MCMV Project. With a built up area of above 2 lakh sq ft, the building incorporates “Sustainable” buildings features such as energy efficient features (Green Building), piling foundation for water front site and corrosion protection measures.
